Sparta-Guard Garage Floors
A clean, solid-colour polyaspartic finish for garages where you want high performance without decorative flake.
Two solid-colour polyaspartic coats over properly prepared concrete.
Sparta-Guard is a solid-colour polyaspartic floor coating. It gives the fast cure, UV stability, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance of our polyaspartic system without the decorative vinyl-flake layer.
Because a plain colour does not disguise the concrete the way a flake pattern does, surface preparation and repair quality are especially important.
Simple build. Serious preparation.
Our grinders are connected to professional dust extraction units to help keep dust under control during diamond preparation.

Solid-colour polyaspartic questions.
What is Sparta-Guard?
Sparta-Guard is our solid-colour polyaspartic garage floor system. We apply two coloured polyaspartic coats over properly prepared concrete or over a moisture barrier where one is required.
Why choose Sparta-Guard instead of Sparta-Flake?
Choose Sparta-Guard if you want a clean, uniform solid colour rather than a decorative flake pattern. Sparta-Flake is better at disguising visual variation in the concrete; Sparta-Guard gives the simpler solid-colour look.
How quickly can Sparta-Guard return to use?
Light foot traffic is normally okay after around four hours, with vehicle traffic typically around 24 hours after completion depending on conditions.
Can Sparta-Guard be non-slip?
Yes. We incorporate a slip-reduction additive into the final coat and can adjust the texture to suit the garage.
What colours are available?
Sparta-Guard can be supplied in a wide range of RAL solid colours, allowing you to choose a clean neutral grey or a stronger colour to suit the garage.
Does Sparta-Guard need a moisture barrier?
We test the concrete with a moisture meter. If it does not need a moisture barrier, we won't recommend one. If it does, we'll explain why and price it separately.
